Do you ship internationally?
We ship to anywhere with a road. Across water we use the Ferry Fleet, which is two of Doreen’s cousins and a canoe.
How do I track my parcel?
Call dispatch and ask Gus. He knows. He always knows. He just does not always say.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
File a claim within 14 days. Please include a photo, the box, and an explanation of why you left it on the porch in the rain.
Can I ship a live mouse?
No. We have tried. The paperwork alone cost us a driver.
